How will I get to the event from the hotel?

We recommend you take an Uber or Didi to the hotel. If you are coming from the Hotel, Four Points by Sheraton is walking distance.
Do I have to take something (identification, pencils, paper, snacks, water, laptop, gadgets) for the events?

Always carry identification, just in case. The rest is optional.
Which are the suggested transports, in case of being necessary?

Are we going to count with 4G and Wi-Fi network during the event?

Yes. The venue will have Wifi available.
Whats the Dress Code for the featured events?

The dress code is business casual during the day, and cocktail attire for the 13 Angel Ventures’ Anniversary at night.
Is it necessary to know Spanish to communicate along the event?

The official language of VUELA event is english.
Should I consider any lodging cost in my budget? How much money do I have to take with me?

We have a special group rate for your reservations in either of our two hotel options. Angel Ventures will not cover the nights in the hotel. If you want to carry some pesos or your credit card for extra expenses, you may.
Can I use any debit or credit card in case I need do any payment during the event?

It is not necessary, but cards are generally accepted.
Where will we eat? Is there a special food option for people that are intolerant for some foods or with special needs due to religious reasons?

The lunch on June 8 is covered by AV. During the conferences we will have coffee break service. Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions.
How much free time will I have and when? If yes, what could I visit or where could I get lunch close to my hotel?

There is free time on June 9 from 2:00PM to 8:00PM. Near the venue and the hotel you will find many restaurants and touristic places. Keep in mind you need to be ready at 8:00PM for our 13th anniversary cocktail.
